To support our strong growth, we are looking for an Accountant.

Job :

Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, your tasks will be:

• Maintaining general, supplier, and customer accounting records.
• Ensuring the reliability of accounting entries and account analyses.
• Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with tax obligations and internal procedures.

Job Activities:

• Recording supplier invoices and monitoring associated accounts.
• Performing clearing and reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
• Monitoring payment deadlines and preparing payment proposals.
• Establishing supplier ledgers and aged customer reports.
• Recording commercial cooperation operations and rebates.
• Controlling the accounting of commercial paper.
• Recording closing accruals, PFN, and CCA.
• Preparing and recording depreciation of fixed assets.
• Controlling and analyzing closing accounting entries.
• Participating in account reconciliation and periodic closing work.
• Preparing supporting documents for statutory auditors.
• Analyzing accounting within your scope.
• Analyzing recoverable VAT and main balance sheet items.
• Performing reconciliation operations and intercompany transactions.
• Preparing VAT returns and recording tax entries.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax procedures and closing deadlines.

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

• Degree in accounting, finance;
• You have a maximum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, in a chartered accounting firm.
• SAGE experience required.

Technical Skills:

• General and auxiliary accounting.
• Accounting closing procedures.
• Current taxation. Fixed asset management.
• Account reconciliation. Advanced Excel skills.
