As part of its development, Hespress is looking for a creative and versatile Designer / Writer.
You will be at the heart of editorial and advertising content production, with the mission of creating impactful messages, adapted to different digital and audiovisual formats.
You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure the consistency and quality of the disseminated content.
Your main tasks :
• Creative design: Imagine and develop innovative concepts for campaigns, articles, videos, podcasts, and social media content.
• Writing: Produce engaging content (headlines, scripts, storytelling, interviews, columns) while respecting the tone and editorial line.
• Multi-channel adaptation: Adapt messages according to the media (website, social networks, newsletters, video clips, podcasts).
• Monitoring: Follow editorial, digital, and advertising trends to fuel creativity.
• Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, directors, and editors to ensure visual and editorial consistency.
• SEO Optimization: Write content optimized for search engines while maintaining its creative impact.
• Excellent command of French and Arabic (written and oral); English is a plus.
• Solid general knowledge and a strong sense of storytelling.
• Good understanding of digital and social media codes.
• Mastery of different writing styles (editorial, advertising, institutional).
• Ability to transform a brief into a clear, creative, and impactful message.
• Team spirit and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, curiosity, and initiative.
Education & Experience:
• Degree in communication, journalism, marketing, advertising, literature, or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (media, agency, audiovisual production).
• Portfolio or examples of work required.
