Job :

• Supervise all construction and finishing work for the projects
• Check that the work done matches the project plans and specifications
• Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the different parties involved
• Coordinate all service providers and project managers
• Assist and participate in the project handover with the project managers
• Ensure the delivery of properties or works and provide after-sales service and ensure smooth operation during use
   

Required profile :

• Associate's degree (Bac+2) or professional license in civil engineering and building
• 8 years of experience in project management
• Monitoring the budget, deadlines, and quality of the construction site.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.
• Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the construction site.
