Your mission:
As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in the quality of the customer experience by:
• Responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Identifying and resolving problems or complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
• Offering personalized solutions to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of services by sharing customer feedback and needs.
Profile sought:

• Perfectly master French, both spoken and written.
• Have excellent communication skills, are organized, independent, and positive.

Recruitment process:
