Job :

As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for English-speaking customer service representatives for inbound calls.

Your mission will be to:

  • Ensure customer reception, identification, and request processing
  • Analyze customer needs to provide advice and
  • The necessary assistance.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales objectives as well as the processing of complaints

Required profile :

You meet the following conditions:

  • Associate's degree minimum (DEUG, license or equivalent), preferably in foreign languages;
  • Perfect command of French
  • Mastery of a second language, English
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, good active listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
