Job :

As part of our business development, we are looking for English-speaking customer service representatives to receive calls.

Your mission will be to:

• Welcome, identify, and handle customer requests
• Analyze customer needs to provide advice and
• The necessary support.
• Ensure sales targets are met and complaints are handled

Required profile :

You meet the following requirements:

• Associate's degree (DEUG, Bachelor's degree or equivalent) minimum, preferably in foreign languages;
• Perfect command of French
• Perfect command of a second language, English
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, good active listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
