Job :

As part of a strong increase in activity, we are recruiting perfectly French-speaking customer advisors for inbound call activities (heating systems).

Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:
• Welcome and inform customers: Receive incoming calls and messages via our various communication channels. Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services.
• Manage requests and complaints: Identify and resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently. Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests until they are fully resolved.
• Update databases: Record customer interactions in our CRM system and update customer information.

Required profile :

You are recognized for the following qualities/skills:
- Experience in a call center
- Good spoken French and elocution
- Simultaneous management of calls and computer tasks
- Ability to reassure, take initiative, and be assertive
