Job description

We are looking for a Borrower Insurance Advisor to join our team.
The position focuses on the management and administrative follow-up of borrower insurance files, with a strong customer relations component.

Your tasks:

  • Contact clients to complete and track their borrower insurance files
  • Collect and verify all information and documents needed to approve contracts
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of files until final approval
  • Make necessary follow-ups with clients and partners
  • Support clients throughout the process with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Ensure the compliance and quality of the information processed
  • Provide regular reports on the progress of files

Required profile :

  • Profile sought
  • University degree (Bac+3) or higher
  • Previous experience in insurance or administrative management is a plus
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (required)
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Experience in borrower insurance is an additional asset
