Your mission is to contact customers who have expressed an intention to cancel, understand their expectations, and offer them the most suitable deals to keep them loyal, while ensuring a quality customer experience.

Your main tasks:

• Contact customers identified as being at risk of cancellation.
• Analyze their needs and understand the reasons for their departure.
• Propose personalized solutions to optimize their contract and reduce their bills.
• Convince customers to continue their collaboration through adapted arguments.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of cases until resolution.
• Achieve retention goals and apply defined procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
   

Required profile :

You are known for your ease of interaction and your ability to convince.

The ideal candidate has:

• An excellent level of French, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retention, loyalty, telesales, or customer relations is a real asset.
• Excellent listening, analytical, and objection handling skills.
• A strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• A passion for challenges and the desire to exceed goals.
