Job :

• Customer reception and advice: Accompany individuals in the store, identify their needs, and propose offers.
• Sales and loyalty: Present solutions, handle objections, finalize sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Request management: Resolve simple technical issues, direct to appropriate services, ensure quality follow-up.

Required profile :

• Interpersonal skills: Very good customer contact, ability to welcome, listen to, and assist individuals in the store.
• Service-oriented: Positive attitude, empathy, professional handling of requests and complaints.
• Store dynamism: Ability to manage a large customer flow, work in a team, and maintain a good commercial pace.
• Sales skills.

Conditions:

- Project contract.
- Salary: 3,000 DH + Performance Bonus
