As a Professional Client Advisor, your main tasks will include:
- Welcoming and providing personalized advice to professional clients.
- Analyzing their financial needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Proactively managing client portfolios to identify commercial development opportunities.
- Following up on client files and ensuring the quality of service provided.
- Participating in acquiring new clients in the professional market.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) is required, ideally with a specialization in Banking professions or a related field.
A significant first experience, lasting between 1 and 3 years, in the banking sector, particularly with professional clients, is strongly desired. This experience will allow you to quickly grasp the challenges of the role.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- A strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Familiarity with banking products and services for professionals.
- A real commercial sense and a results-oriented approach.
