Join a dynamic company in the Metallurgy / Steel industry in EL JADIDA as our new Body Repair Service Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in a stimulating environment where your role will be central to optimizing customer relations and managing service operations.

Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, while contributing to the operational efficiency of the body repair department. It involves being the preferred point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their complete satisfaction at every stage of the service process.

Your missions will include managing appointments, welcoming customers, preparing quotes and repair orders, monitoring work in progress, invoicing, and handling customer complaints. You will also be responsible for the administrative management of sales and after-sales service, ensuring smooth communication between customers, the workshop, and technical teams.

• Personalized customer welcome and advice
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes and invoices
• Coordination of intervention schedules
• Monitoring the quality of services performed
• Management of spare parts and related inventory
• Reporting of commercial and after-sales activity

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level of education (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) is required, ideally in Sales Administration, After-Sales Service, or in training related to automotive professions.

We are looking for someone with experience between 3 and 10 years in a similar role, preferably in the automotive after-sales sector or in a technical customer relations role.

Your interpersonal skills are essential: active listening, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex situations with diplomacy. Good knowledge of the automotive sector and body repair techniques would be a significant asset. Proficiency in computer tools and after-sales management software is also expected.
