This position will allow you to develop expertise in managing post-purchase customer relations. You will be a key player in retaining our customers by ensuring impeccable quality after-sales service. Your success will directly contribute to the brand image of our establishment.
Your responsibilities will include:
A Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree) is the required education level for this position, ideally in a field such as Sales Administration or After-Sales Service (SAV).
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector, is expected. Initial experience in customer service and administrative management is an asset.
