Join our dynamic team in the metallurgy/steel industry as a Service Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to build your career in a well-established company located in the heart of Khénifra. Your main mission will be to provide exceptional customer service and actively contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

As a Service Advisor, your goals will be to maintain a high level of quality in customer interactions, effectively resolve their requests, and participate in the continuous improvement of our service processes. You will play a key role in customer loyalty and in positively representing our company.

Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling customer requests related to sales and after-sales service, entering and tracking customer files, and coordinating with different internal departments to provide quick and effective solutions. You will also be involved in administrative support tasks.

  • Customer relationship management by phone and email.
  • First-level technical and commercial support.
  • Order and delivery tracking.
  • Recording and processing customer complaints.
  • Updating customer databases.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a two-year college degree) is required. Training in sales administration, after-sales service, or call center professions would be a significant asset.

We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector. Your background has enabled you to develop a thorough understanding of customer service challenges.

You possess excellent communication and active listening skills. Your service-oriented mindset, organization, and ability to manage complex situations are undeniable assets. Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management software is also expected.
