Job :

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will have the following responsibilities:


• HR Development :
- Manages the onboarding and retention process for employees in their area
- Co-manages recruitment interviews
- Handles internal job openings: develops and publishes the advertisement, receives, sorts, and pre-selects CVs, schedules internal recruitment interviews, co-manages interviews & assessments
- Handles departure files: receives departure requests, manages interviews, and handles administrative coordination for departures (defines notice period, consolidates required documents... )
- Monitors and coordinates the objective-setting and annual performance review processes for employees in their area
- Leads some HR development committees for their area
- Deploys the internal mobility process within their area (talent pool creation, talent management...)
- Implements HR action plans within their area (new tools, processes, systems...)
• Administrative Management:
- Maintains and ensures the accuracy of administrative management files for employees in their area (headcount monitoring, movements, working hours...) in accordance with current rules and procedures
• Disciplinary Management:
- Investigates disciplinary cases (qualifies offenses; defines the level of sanction associated up to the 3rd warning) for their area for hierarchical decision
- Assesses the legal compliance of the disciplinary sanction process
- Leads disciplinary sanction interviews
- Manages communication with the labor inspectorate
• Social Relations Management:
- Analyzes and reports to their hierarchy elements that could weaken the social climate
- Monitors, in collaboration with the Social Relations Coordinator, the implementation of actions decided within the employee representative bodies and alerts their hierarchy to deviations and malfunctions related to their execution

Social Relations Management:

Advice:
- Handles requests from employees in their area regarding their careers (information requests, mobility requests): gathers, analyzes, and responds
- Gathers assistance requests from managers in their area in handling HR cases, and coordinates their response
- Shares best practices implemented in their area that can be used for global knowledge sharing
• Reporting
- Prepares reports and updates HR dashboards (disciplinary, mobility, departures...)
- Reports to their hierarchy and gets approval for disciplinary sanctions that exceed their scope of authority
 

Required profile :

With a higher education degree (Bac+4 level), you have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a customer relations center.
You have a good knowledge of regulations, strong analytical and synthesis skills. Your interpersonal skills and listening abilities are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
