As part of our business development, we are recruiting B2B Sales Advisors whose mission is to support our professional clients and contribute to the company's commercial development.
As such, you will be responsible for:
• Contacting and supporting professional clients in their projects and needs;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and proposing suitable solutions;
• Ensuring follow-up of client files in accordance with internal procedures;
• Developing a trusting relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction;
• Achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management;
• Reporting any useful information that can improve service quality and commercial performance.
• High school diploma or higher;
• Previous experience in customer relations or sales is an asset;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Listening skills, interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset;
• Good command of computer tools;
• Serious, diligent, punctual, and committed;
• Enjoy challenges and achieving goals.
