Job :

For one of our clients, we are looking for an Automation and Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant responsible for maintaining and evolving Excel tools used daily by business teams for performance monitoring and reporting.

Your tasks

• Maintain and evolve multi-user Excel tools that consolidate data from multiple source systems.
• Automate end-to-end processing chains (data loading, transformation, and reporting) using VBA and Power Query.
• Design dashboards and summaries to facilitate decision-making.
• Gather user needs, clarify them, and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Check data quality to ensure the reliability of reports.
• Support tool adoption: training, support, and continuous improvement.
• Test and validate developments.

Required profile :

Essential Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA development.
• Good knowledge of Power Query.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective and appropriate automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and user requirements gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data visualization, particularly with Python and/or advanced chart development in Excel.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and using tools like Microsoft Copilot or equivalent solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and their integration into business solutions.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
