Job :

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the monitoring and control of production processes.
• Preparing monthly files (Monthly Files ERCS).
• Managing and resolving production incidents.
• Using and monitoring data in SAP.
• Analyzing anomalies and implementing corrective actions.
• Controlling the quality and consistency of data.
• Coordinating with business and technical teams to ensure the continuity of processes.
• Monitoring change requests and fixes.
• Writing technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Participating in production deployments and application support.
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports in a Modern BI environment.

Required profile :

Graduated with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with a specialization in IT, or with equivalent significant experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• DataViz / Modern BI: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent, dashboard design, reporting
• Operations & Data: SAP (operations and data monitoring), production process management, data quality control
• Cross-functional: anomaly analysis, incident management, technical documentation writing, business/technical coordination
