Job :

The Data Platform implements a "Data Centric" architecture, the reference point for data in the IS to break down the company's information silos.

It provides this data via APIs to the entire ecosystem to generalize its processing and real-time consultation, and it simplifies and speeds up the analytical processing of our data to converge operational and decision-making processes.

Integrated into the Data Platform teams, the consultant will be responsible for:

• Participating in the implementation and continuous improvement of data pipelines using DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes, GCP, or Kafka.

• Being in charge of deployment automation, performance monitoring, and incident management.

• Working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of data platforms.

Required profile :

Degree level Bac+5 in Computer Science

Experience: More than 7 years

Required Skills:

• Mastery of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Monitoring.

• In-depth mastery of Apache Kafka, from advanced configuration (partitioning, replication, compaction) to production operation, including performance tuning, fine-grained topic and offset management, security implementation (TLS, SASL, ACL), and integration with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

• Solid experience with Kubernetes, including cluster creation and management, application deployment, and performance monitoring.

• Comfortable with DevOps concepts, such as continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), and associated tools.

• Knowledge of security best practices and access policy implementation.

• Understanding of basic relational database concepts.

• Mastery of scripting languages (bash, Python, etc.).

• Analytical skills and continuous improvement: Ability to evaluate code and its impacts, as well as to question existing solutions to improve them.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

• Excellent written and oral communication: Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and reports.

• Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

• Mastery of Agile concepts (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog...).
