Job :

The FTTH project manager oversees the implementation of fiber optic network deployment. They provide expertise in network design, organize, plan, and coordinate all work in line with set objectives and while respecting safety rules and current standards.

Main missions:

• Analyze the structure of an existing network to validate the deployment project
• Develop the plan that defines the activities of the entire project team and the precise framework in which they are carried out (budget, deadlines, content, quality...)
• Coordinate operations carried out by various stakeholders and assess project progress by making adjustments if necessary
• Ensure the quality of the final product

Required profile :

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an Engineering school, specializing in networks and Telecom.

1 to 4 years of experience in the FTTH field.

Technical skills:

• Very good knowledge of FTTH technology
• Excellent command of project management concepts and tools
• Very good knowledge of FTTH, ADSL, Radio, Mobile technologies
• Experience with Huawei and Ericsson equipment.

Behavioral skills

• Good interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team
• Ability to argue convincingly
• Ability to anticipate and be reactive to make choices and decisions
• Creative, inventive, and rigorous
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
