Job :
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant (M/F). Based in Casablanca, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the banking sector in their transformation projects.
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant, your main tasks will be:
- Analysis of business needs and writing of specifications.
- Definition of target processes and functional architectures.
- Support for business teams in the deployment of solutions.
- Application testing and change management.
- Strategic consulting for business and IT management.
You will be the key link between business teams and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
Required profile :
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Perfect command of French and English
- Availability for international travel
- Degree from a Moroccan or foreign business or engineering school
- Between 0 to 3 years of experience in management consulting or in writing operational procedures.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
