Job :

The PMO consultant will support a local project team and will be responsible for:

• Managing and controlling the project budget: Track actual costs, commitments, and forecasts, ensuring they align with the allocated budget;
• Analyzing financial variances: Identify deviations between planned and actual costs, and propose corrective action plans;
• Managing financial forecasts: Develop and update cost forecasts in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders;
• Managing financial indicators: Define and track financial KPIs (e.g., Cumulative Cost, Cost Variance, ROI)
• Optimizing costs: Identify opportunities for savings and cost reduction without impacting quality or deadlines;
• Leading financial reviews

Required profile :

• Engineering school or M2 engineering degree
• Professional experience from 0 to 6 years after graduation.
• Experience in the automotive/aeronautics/railway sector
• Ability to work on client site at least 3 days/week
• Proficiency in cost fundamentals: CBS, direct/indirect cost, CAPEX/OPEX, cost to complete, forecast/actual analysis, workload/capacity analysis, workload curve
• Proficiency in cost management tools: Planisware, Primavera, SAP/Oracle
• Very good command of office tools, including Excel/PPT
• Knowledge and experience in automotive/aeronautics/railway industrial environments
• Developed consulting mindset: autonomous, flexible, proactive, client/result-oriented, "fast learner"
• Very good communicator
• Rigor & flexibility
• French C1 minimum
• English B2 minimum
