Job :

The PMO consultant will support a local project team and will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing the schedule of tasks and milestones for projects;
• Monitoring and controlling the smooth progress of the project;
• Analyzing results and proposing action plans based on deviations between forecasts and achievements;
• Tracking project-related Risks & Opportunities and deducing potential project impacts;
• Managing project reporting by monitoring various indicators and KPIs;
• Creating presentation and steering materials to lead project or program progress meetings.

Required profile :

• Engineering school or M2 engineering degree
• Professional experience ranging from graduation to 6 years.
• Experience in the automotive/aeronautical/railway sector
• Ability to be on the client site at least 3 days/week
• Proficiency in planning fundamentals: WBS, Critical Path, free/total float, dynamic scheduling
• Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project, Planisware, Primavera
• Very good command of office tools including Excel/PPT
• Knowledge and experience in automotive/aeronautical/railway industrial environments
• Developed consultant mindset: autonomous, flexible, proactive, client/result oriented, "fast learner"
• Very good communicator
• Rigor & flexibility
• French C1 minimum
• English B2 minimum
