Job :
Main tasks:
- Configure and deploy SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
- Provide user support and training.
- Adapt HR processes to the SAP system.
- Participate in development projects and testing.
Required profile :
- Experience with SuccessFactors and HR processes.
- Ability to support users and train teams.
- Autonomy, rigor, and project management skills for SAP HR.
- Good interpersonal and teaching skills.
