Job :
As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Senior Banking Consultant specialized in Banking Compliance, Trade Finance, or Branch Operations.
The consultant will be involved in consulting missions with our clients in the banking sector.
They will notably participate in:
- Consulting and support missions for banking institutions;
- Analysis of business needs and organizational issues;
- Conducting studies and recommendations;
- Support for transformation projects;
- Facilitating workshops with client teams;
- Preparing deliverables and presenting the work done.
Required profile :
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Perfect command of French and English
- Availability for international travel
- Degree from a business or engineering school, Moroccan or foreign
- 5 years of experience OR MORE in internal banking consulting or management consulting firm
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Adaptability and teamwork
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
