Job :
- User support level 1 and 2 on NX / Teamcenter
- Change management and adoption of new tools
- Leading training sessions and user coaching
- Functional and technical assistance for on-site issues
- Writing documentation and user guides
- Reporting and tracking incidents and improvement requests
- Participation in the deployment and stabilization phases of the tools
Required profile :
MUST qualifications:
- Proficiency in Teamcenter and Siemens NX tools
- Experience in user support and change management
- Ability to train and coach users
- Knowledge of the PLM / CAD environment
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience with Siemens solutions
- Experience in deploying digital tools
- Knowledge of engineering / product processes
