Senior Technical-Functional Consultant - Casablanca

• Publishing: Design, development, evolution, R&D
• Consulting and Integration: Analysis, convergence study, design and configuration of target systems, training, customer support & assistance

In this context, we are looking for a Senior Technical-Functional Consultant to support our clients in the daily use of our solutions and ensure a high level of service quality.

Job :

Mission 1: Consulting, Integration, and Customer Support

• Analyze customer needs and propose the most suitable functional solutions for their business context
• Lead client meetings (scoping workshops, demonstrations, functional workshops, etc.), acting as a consultant to the stakeholders
• Oversee and manage the integration, configuration, and version upgrades of solutions for clients
• Support clients in the daily use and adoption of solutions, ensuring the transfer of corresponding skills
• Contribute to the writing/validation of functional specifications in coordination with internal teams

Mission 2: Functional Validation and Delivery Quality

• Coordinate and participate in the various validation phases (functional, integration, non-regression testing, etc.)
• Lead functional acceptance testing and ensure the quality of deliveries before go-live
• Supervise the maintenance of reference functional documentation
• Be proactive in the continuous improvement of processes, working methods, and delivery quality

Mission 3: Operational Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Handle and manage customer requests and incidents via the support tool, ensuring their analysis, prioritization, and follow-up until resolution
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the handling of their requests
• Mentor junior consultants in ticket management, sharing best practices, and skill development
• Identify and report complex or recurring incidents to contribute to their long-term resolution
• Actively participate in enriching the internal knowledge base and continuously improving the services offered

Required profile :

Education and Experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering school or a Master's in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Applied Mathematics
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role and/or in activities related to capital markets

Skills

• Ability to analyze complex functional and technical issues and propose suitable solutions
• Good understanding of asset management, financial markets, and their operational processes
• Proficiency in database languages (Oracle / PostegreSQL) and ease in data analysis
• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel and coordinate different stakeholders
