Techno-Functional Consultant - Casablanca

• Publishing: Design, development, evolution, R&D
• Consulting and Integration: Analysis, convergence study, design and configuration of target systems, training, customer support & assistance

In this context, we are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to support our clients in the daily use of our solutions and ensure a high level of service quality.

Job :

Mission 1: Integration consulting and customer support

• Identify and analyze client needs and contribute to defining suitable solutions
• Participate in client meetings (scoping workshops, demonstrations, functional workshops, etc.)
• Ensure the integration, configuration, and version upgrades of solutions at client sites
• Support clients in the daily use of solutions and train them on their functionalities
• Contribute to writing functional specifications in coordination with internal teams

Mission 2: Functional validation and delivery quality

• Prepare acceptance test plans and develop test scenarios
• Participate in various validation phases (functional, integration, non-regression tests, etc.)
• Perform and validate functional acceptance tests before production deployment
• Write and maintain functional documentation and user guides

Mission 3: Operational monitoring and continuous improvement

• Handle client requests and incidents via the support tool, ensuring their analysis and follow-up until resolution
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the handling of their requests
• Support the support team in ticket management and sharing best practices
• Participate in enriching the internal knowledge base and continuously improving the services offered

Required profile :

Education and Experience

• Master's degree from a top engineering school or a Master's in computer science / software engineering / applied mathematics
• First experience (1 to 3 years) in a similar role and/or in capital markets related activities

Skills

• Ability to navigate and evolve in a complex technical environment
• Motivated by a career in financial markets and associated systems
• Proficiency in database languages (Oracle / PostegreSQL)
• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of asset management or financial markets business is a real plus.
