Job :

As part of our business development, we are looking for a junior or experienced Project Controller (minimum 1 year of experience).

You will join a team dedicated to monitoring and managing the financial performance of projects, ensuring data reliability, budget adherence, and cost optimization.

You will work in a dynamic environment, focused on production and continuous improvement, within a structured and international organization.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assure budget monitoring for BPO projects.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts.
• Participate in the creation and updating of financial forecasts.
• Produce regular reports for operational teams and management.
• Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data.
• Contribute to cost optimization and financial performance improvement.
• Collaborate with operational, finance, and delivery teams.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of steering and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with management control processes.
  
   

Required profile :

Qualities required to succeed in this role

• Minimum 1 year of experience in management control, finance.
• Good command of Excel and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Good understanding of management control principles (budget, forecast, variance analysis).
• Comfortable with financial tools and management information systems.
• Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data
