Job :

As a Management Controller, you will be responsible for:

Timesheet management - activity reports (relevance of entries/modification/deletion)

SAP data convergence vs. timesheet tool

  1. Analysis of discrepancies between the timesheet tool and SAP:

Analysis of cost discrepancies:

Identify discrepancies between costs recorded in the timesheet tool and those in SAP.

Analyze the causes of these discrepancies and take corrective actions to reconcile the two systems.

Analysis of production discrepancies:

Analyze discrepancies related to production days between the timesheet tool and SAP.

Identify discrepancies in the number of reported workdays and adjust the data to ensure consistency of information between the two systems.

  1. Processing of anomalies in the timesheet tool:
  2. Management of modification requests for activity reports:

Process modification requests related to consultant timesheets in the Smart tool,

Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with good Excel skills.
  • Good command of general and analytical accounting.
  • Proficiency in finance and management control tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to adapt quickly to the structure.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to propose improvements for continuous improvement (dashboards, KPIs, processes).
  • Reliability/Responsiveness and Proactivity.
  • Good command of French and English (written and spoken).
