Purpose of the position

• Financial contact within Alten Delivery Center Morocco, it provides the company with effective financial steering, by implementing monitoring and control tools that maximize profitability, reduce financial risks, and support strategic and operational decision-making.

Scope of the position

• The financial management controller is responsible for all activities of ADC Morocco and its subsidiaries.

Goals and activities

1. Development of the financial budget and management of financial closing in collaboration with all stakeholders. To this end, they:

• Develop the annual financial budget in collaboration with the various departments.
• Collect the necessary elements for submitting results (as well as the forecast for all departments).
• Control and analyze the company's financial results during monthly closings, identifying variances.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and adjustment of variances between projected objectives, achieved results, and the budget, proposing corrective actions if necessary.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for management within the deadlines set and communicated by the group, after internal validation (ADC Morocco).
• Analyze variances between actuals and the G&A budget forecast.

2. Optimization of financial processes and information, as well as the implementation of steering tools and indicators.

• Collect financial and accounting information by BU and provide dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
• Convert general accounting into management accounting to have a P&L per BU.
• Analyze revenue by BU, monitor variances against budget and forecast.
• Ensure the accuracy, sincerity, and reliability of the accounts.
• Integrate digital tools to automate repetitive tasks and reduce human errors in collaboration with the data analyst.
• Ensure compliance with and improvement of current management procedures and tools.
• Regularly report to the Administrative and Financial Manager on the progress of missions and projects and inform them of any encountered problems.

3. Ensure the proper management of management accounting in collaboration with accounting teams and the purchasing and general services departments:

• Ensures compliance with analytical and budgetary allocations for all expenses of Alten Delivery Center Morocco.
• Control and update the analytical allocations of missions created on SAP.
• Control and validate monthly analytical reviews of accounting accounts (focus on IT and Premises budget).

4. Production of summaries and analyses of management data to support department heads in their decision-making.

• Collect and consolidate information from the competence management.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs each month.
• Provide support to operational staff by analyzing the financial impact of variances on operational indicators.
• Propose corrective measures in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Assist other departments in managing their budgets.

5. Apply HSE (Health - Safety - Environment) rules. To this end, they:

• Read and ensure strict compliance with general safety and hygiene instructions.
• Ensure the preservation of ADC Morocco's assets and the proper maintenance of workplaces, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Constantly be aware of detecting any anomaly that could compromise their own safety, that of their colleagues, or the assets of ADC Morocco.
• Undergo mandatory medical examinations.
• Contribute to environmental protection by following related instructions.

• Adherence to group deadlines for submitting financial results to the competence management.
• Rigor in the proper application of management and reporting procedures and tools.
• Quality and accuracy of the information and analyses provided.
• Monthly review of Margins.

Required profile :

Required Profile

Education and experience
Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor's + 4 years) in Management, Economics, Audit, Management Control, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
