At ARCOL, we cultivate more than industrial know-how. We have a vision.
For over 40 years, we have moved forward with a clear ambition: to build an exemplary Moroccan company, demanding in its standards and deeply human in its culture. Our growth has been built on the rigor of our teams, the reliability of our products, and the strength of our customer relationships.
By joining the Cromology Group, a European expert, and then the Nippon Paint Group – the fourth largest global player in the paint sector – we have broadened our horizons while remaining true to our local roots. This dual affiliation allows us to combine solidity, innovation, and openness to the world.
Joining ARCOL means becoming part of an environment where every commitment counts, every idea has its place, and where collective success is built for the long term.
Arcol: excellence as a standard, people as a priority.
ARCOL operates within a predominantly competitive and performance-driven culture, where ambition, challenge, and the achievement of measurable objectives are central to success. The company promotes self-improvement, competitiveness, and a strong customer focus, with a clear emphasis on results and market positioning. This performance mindset is supported by a solid innovation dimension, encouraging initiative, creativity, and experimentation. It is further reinforced by structured processes that ensure efficiency and reliability, while collaboration and people-focused practices play a more secondary role.
