The main goal of this role is to ensure rigorous monitoring of management indicators, analyze financial performance, and support operational teams in achieving their budget objectives. It involves ensuring cost control, optimizing profitability, and providing relevant analysis for strategic decision-making within the company.

On a daily basis, your tasks will be varied and will include:

  • The development, monitoring, and control of budgets.
  • The preparation of periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • The analysis of variances between actual results and forecasts, and the proposal of corrective actions.
  • The implementation and monitoring of management dashboards.
  • Participation in the improvement of management control processes and tools.
  • The production of ad hoc reports and analyses for management.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of Bac +5 or higher, ideally obtained from a recognized business school, engineering school, or university.

Your professional background demonstrates successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably gained within the medical equipment sector or a related sector.

  • A solid background in Management, Accounting, or Finance is essential.
  • Excellent command of computer tools, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and integrated management software (ERP).
  • Proficiency in reporting and cost analysis. 
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • An aptitude for clear and effective communication, both written and oral.
  • Rigor, organization, and a developed sense of responsibility.
  • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
