Job :

• Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure performance monitoring through dashboards and key indicators.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual results and set objectives, and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Carry out cost, margin, and profitability analyses.
• Contribute to the improvement of management tools and controlling processes.
• Support operational managers in monitoring their performance.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good command of Excel and office tools; knowledge of an ERP system and/or a Business Intelligence tool is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and synthesis skills.
