Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Facilities Management sector as a Management Controller. This position is based in Casablanca and offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to the financial performance of a recognized establishment.

The main objective of this role is to ensure rigorous financial monitoring, optimize economic performance, and provide relevant analyses for strategic decision-making. It involves becoming a true key partner for management in achieving financial goals.

Your main missions will include:

• The development and monitoring of annual and multi-year budgets.
• The production of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• The analysis of variances between actual results and forecasts, and the proposal of corrective actions.
• Participation in cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• The implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support for operational staff in understanding and analyzing their results.
• Participation in accounting and financial closings.
• Analyze expense and revenue accounts
   

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or an equivalent field.

Professional experience of 5 years in a similar role is expected,

Experience in the FM (Facility Management) sector is highly desirable,

Solid accounting and financial knowledge

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills

Good command of analysis and reporting tools
