The PUBLIC SERVICES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OF DISTRIBUTION S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions include participating in the management and development of public distribution services, particularly through the following services:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing financing;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of management and performance indicators for public services;
  • Management of financing debts related to the distribution activity;
  • Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of public services.

Our company supports actors in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Territorial Collectivities Groupings) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).


Job :

We are looking for a Management Controller profile for our Entity in Oujda.

Main missions:

  • Evaluation of internal control systems;
  • Contribute to the development of a control framework;
  • Application of organizational and professional ethical standards
  • Verify revenues and expenses and produce daily financial indicators to manage the financial situation
  • Review, analysis, and reporting of management indicators;
  • Conduct audit and control missions concerning administrative, financial, HR, and customer aspects;
  • Lead interviews with business units

  • Possess a "B" driving license

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • State diploma of Bac +5 or equivalent in Audit / Management Control;
  • Experience of more than 2 years in the field.
  • Good knowledge of public and private accounting and tax principles / rules;
  • Mastery of advanced Excel, financial ERPs.
  • Good knowledge of public and private accounting and tax principles / rules.
  • Good understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
