Job :

We are hiring a Senior Management Controller.

Your main role will be to monitor and optimize the company's financial performance. You will help improve management control processes, analyze results, and support teams in respecting their budgets.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Budget creation and monitoring.
• Participation in monthly closing preparations.
• Analysis of project financial performance.
• Leading management meetings with operational staff.
• Anticipating and managing risks and opportunities.
• Preparation of financial reporting.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role at Butec, a Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, management, accounting, or equivalent is required.

We are looking for a candidate with 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the energy, electricity, or works/construction sectors. Experience in a project-based environment is highly valued.

• Good command of management control and corporate finance.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and Dynamics 360.
