Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting an F&B Controller to ensure the monitoring and optimization of financial performance related to the restaurant business.

Main Missions:

  • Monitoring and control of costs related to F&B activity.
  • Variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Stock monitoring and participation in inventories.
  • Contribution to the optimization of margins and procedures.

Required profile :

Your academic background is a Bac +5 (Master's degree level), ideally in Hospitality / Restaurant management or a related field.

Proven professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or restaurant sector, is required for this position.

  • Training in management, finance, hospitality, or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role in restaurants or hotels
  • Proficiency in ELYX software (mandatory)
  • Good command of computer tools
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and team spirit
