Job :
As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting an F&B Controller to ensure the monitoring and optimization of financial performance related to the restaurant business.
Main Missions:
- Monitoring and control of costs related to F&B activity.
- Variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Stock monitoring and participation in inventories.
- Contribution to the optimization of margins and procedures.
Required profile :
Your academic background is a Bac +5 (Master's degree level), ideally in Hospitality / Restaurant management or a related field.
Proven professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or restaurant sector, is required for this position.
- Training in management, finance, hospitality, or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role in restaurants or hotels
- Proficiency in ELYX software (mandatory)
- Good command of computer tools
- Rigor, analytical skills, and team spirit
