Management of the permanent control system for the group of branches
• Deploy and coordinate the permanent control plan across all branches of the group.
• Ensure the quality and regularity of controls carried out in each branch.
• Identify common risks and propose cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Ensure the synthesis of control results and the reporting of anomalies to the regional/head office permanent controller.
• Anticipate fraud and develop detection mechanisms.
Compliance and analysis of credit files
• Supervise the compliance of credit files before and after disbursement for the entire group.
• Support branch controllers in verifying and processing detected anomalies.
Strengthening internal control and adherence to procedures
• Ensure the consistent implementation of management rules, internal procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Alert on any observed breach or deviation and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor the effective implementation of recommendations from previous audits and controls.
Reporting and communication with management
• Prepare periodic control reports for the group of branches.
• Present major findings, risk trends, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of excellence, rigor, and transparency within the group.
