Job :

Your tasks:

• Monitor performance indicators and identify sources of waste and inefficiency.
• Analyze the gaps between actual results and production goals.
• Identify the root causes of performance drops and propose corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deploy Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards in different workstations.
• Coordinate optimization actions with the Purchasing and General Services departments.
• Design and monitor performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
• Good command of data analysis and performance indicators.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and continuous improvement tools.
• Good understanding of industrial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ideally the Sylob ERP.
• Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
