Join a dynamic company in the Aerospace / Space sector! An exciting HSE Coordinator position awaits you at our site in Nouaceur. Your main mission will be to ensure and promote a safe working environment that respects environmental standards.

Your role will be essential in minimizing occupational risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance regarding Health, Safety, and Environment, and actively contributing to environmental protection. You will be a key player in the company's safety culture.

Your responsibilities will include implementing HSE policies, conducting audits and inspections, managing emergency plans, training staff on HSE best practices, and monitoring performance indicators. You will also participate in incident analysis and the proposal of corrective actions.

  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of HSE/CSR management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, CSRD).
  • Ensure the application of the HSE policy and compliance with current regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and control occupational risks and environmental impacts.
  • Conduct inspections, site audits, and regulatory checks, and monitor associated action plans.
  • Lead the management of HSE events (accidents, incidents, emergency situations) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage HSE documentation (procedures, instructions, operating methods).
  • Organize and lead emergency drills and participate in Health and Safety Committee meetings.
  • Manage work permits, personal protective equipment (PPE), and external service providers.
  • Ensure waste management, site security, and compliance with safety instructions.
  • Produce HSE/CSR reports and ensure data communication to internal stakeholders and the Group.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Good command of HSE regulations and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Knowledge of internal audit techniques.
  • Sense of organization, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in French; professional English is an asset.
