Reporting to the Sales Operations VP & VUL Department, you will coordinate Mercedes-Benz vehicle orders with the manufacturer by consolidating the needs expressed by various internal stakeholders.

As such, you will centralize forecasts provided by the sales teams, product managers, and Marketing teams to ensure order planning with the manufacturer. As a key contact between Auto Nejma, Mercedes-Benz, and various internal contacts, you will ensure the smooth flow of information and order tracking.
 

Your responsibilities:

• Centralize vehicle needs expressed by sales teams, product managers, and Marketing teams.
• Consolidate order forecasts based on needs communicated by various stakeholders.
• Enter and track vehicle orders with the Mercedes-Benz manufacturer.
• Ensure the input and update of the manufacturer's ordering system for Passenger Cars (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV).
• Coordinate exchanges with the manufacturer and various internal contacts to ensure order follow-up.
• Coordinate product exchanges with Marketing teams and product managers.
• Update dashboards and order tracking tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to order management.

Required profile :

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• You have previous experience in order coordination, planning, or Supply Chain, ideally gained in the automotive sector.
• You are known for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several files simultaneously.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy cross-functional work with internal teams as well as with the manufacturer.
• You are proficient in office software, especially Excel.
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
