Job :

Within the Commercial team, you will be in charge of:

Commercial Aspect:

  • Advise our clients and offer the most suitable solution for their business.
  • Receive and track client orders.
  • Follow up on client requests (returns, equipment...) in coordination with our logistics teams.
  • Collaborate daily with our technicians to organize their client visits.
  • Write, organize, and file commercial contracts.
  • Participate in any other tasks that can improve the service's functioning.

Brand Aspect:

  • Ensure the operational follow-up of special promotional operations.
  • Produce monthly reports on activity and activation follow-up.
  • Monitor and manage our website (publishing offers, updating prices, tracking client requests...).
  • Follow the development of sales support tools (creative briefs, follow-up with graphic designers and printers...).
  • Actively participate in certain external events (Trade shows...).

Required profile :

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC + 3), in business management.

Required Skills:

Technical:

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Customer service experience is desirable, but recent graduates are accepted.

Personal:

  • Serious, organized, reactive, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress, client-oriented.
