As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support the Customer Experience team in ensuring that every customer enjoys a smooth, inspiring, and memorable journey across all IKEA touchpoints. You will gain exposure to customer insights, service quality, store experience, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical, communication, and project coordination skills while gaining valuable experience in customer experience management within one of the world's leading home furnishing retailers.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous professional experience is not required; however, a first internship or experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, customer experience, or project coordination would be considered an advantage. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about understanding customer needs and contributing to an outstanding customer journey.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment. A good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in French and English, will be appreciated. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine interest in IKEA values are essential qualities for this internship.
