Job :

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a Customer Success Specialist.  Your mission will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering them a memorable and personalized experience. 

The main goal of this position is to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with our clientele. It involves understanding their deep needs, anticipating their expectations, and supporting them in achieving their own goals through our solutions. You will play a key role in customer loyalty and in optimizing the perceived value by each client.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and personalized onboarding of new clients for a smooth and efficient start.
  • Proactive monitoring of customer satisfaction through regular contact and personalized analyses.
  • Quick and expert resolution of any issues encountered by clients, ensuring quality support.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and development within existing accounts.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a consistent and optimal customer experience.
  • Participation in the development of strategies aimed at continuously improving the value proposition.

     

Required profile :

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is mandatory.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease in communication, both written and oral.
  • A strong customer focus and a real desire to provide adapted solutions.
  • Proactivity in managing cases and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Good organization and thoroughness in following up on actions.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools and ideally CRM software.
  • Good knowledge of the Hotel / Restaurant sector.
