Job :

Within the Fixed Access Engineering Studies team of the Technical Directorate, the Data Analyst will work on topics related to network coverage, data analysis, and supporting business teams in mastering network offers for final customers.

The main tasks will be:

• Set up and maintain enterprise repositories
• Perform network coverage and eligibility analyses
• Match addresses to cross-reference network data and customer data
• Study new FTTH / FTTO deployment areas
• Produce coverage maps and geographic analyses
• Monitor competition regarding networks and market offers
• Process and analyze large volumes of technical and geographic data

Required profile :

We are looking for an analytical, autonomous, and data-oriented profile, capable of working on technical issues related to fixed networks and geographic data.

The ideal candidate has:

• Very good command of SQL
• Good skills in Python and data analysis
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and QGIS environments
• Experience in geographic processing and GIS
• Ability to design and model solutions for processing large-volume data
• Good understanding of fixed network architectures (FTTH, FTTO, DSL)
