Job :

As part of the development of its Data and Digital projects, SOTHEMA is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst to support the transformation of data into decision-making tools.
Reporting to strategic projects related to Data, AI, and digital transformation, he/she will collaborate closely with the Business, Data, IT, and Digital teams to produce high-value-added analyses and contribute to the company's performance.

 Data Analysis and Valorization

•  Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce high-value-added information.
•  Identify trends, opportunities, and performance levers through data analysis.
•  Conduct exploratory analyses and business studies to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
•  Ensure the reliability, quality, and consistency of the data and indicators provided.
• Produce clear, concise, and business-oriented analyses and presentations to facilitate decision-making by various departments.

Contribution to Data & AI Projects

• Participation in Data, AI, forecasting, and automation projects in collaboration with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable analytical requirements.
•  Contribute to the continuous improvement of Data processes and tools.

Data Governance and Quality

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reliability.
• Participate in the definition and formalization of management rules and data repositories.
• Identify anomalies and propose appropriate corrective actions.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in Data, IT, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar role, with participation in high-value-added Data projects; experience in the industrial or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, as well as in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Good knowledge of data governance and quality principles.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented critical mind.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in Data and innovation topics.
