Job :

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a leading company in the marketing of livestock equipment and animal health products, a Medical Representative to strengthen its sales team.

Responsibilities:

-Promote and sell veterinary products to veterinary practices and clinics.
-Develop turnover in the assigned geographical area.
-Develop, manage, and retain a customer portfolio.
-Prospect for new clients and identify new business opportunities.
-Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Present products and promote them to animal health professionals.
-Negotiate commercial conditions in line with the company's policy.
-Ensure follow-up of orders, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct competitive analysis and report market information.
-Plan visits, update the CRM, and provide regular activity reports.
-Achieve sales targets and set performance indicators. 

Required profile :

-Training from Bac+2 to Bac+4 in medical representation, health or veterinary medicine, animal production, agronomy, commerce, or equivalent field.
-Previous experience in medical representation, B2B sales, or in the veterinary or animal health sector is desired.
-Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and prospecting techniques.
-Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
-Organizational skills, autonomy, and results-oriented.
-Proficiency in office software and a CRM system.
-Driving license required.
