Job :

The Pharmaceutical Representative is the field ambassador to healthcare professionals and pharmacies for the Haleon lab (formerly GSK OTC). They play a key role in developing sales revenue in their sector by ensuring the visibility and recommendation of the brand's products.

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Prospect, visit, and build loyalty with a portfolio of pharmacies
  • Present and promote product ranges according to the defined commercial strategy
  • Negotiate referencing conditions, promotional operations, and stock levels
  • Ensure regular feedback from the field to the Line Manager (market trends, competition, customer needs)
  • Meet and exceed set qualitative and quantitative objectives (sell-in / sell-out)
  • Implement commercial action plans and respect promotional cycles
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and seminars
  • Optimize agenda organization to maximize sector coverage
  • Ensure product visibility (merchandising, point-of-sale displays, window displays)

Required profile :

Education
  • Minimum Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary diploma): BTS/DUT in Commerce, Dietetics, Biology, or a scientific field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative training


Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative
  • Knowledge of the pharmacy circuit (pharmacies, parapharmacies)
  • Experience in Consumer Healthcare or OTC is desirable


Technical skills

  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of consumer health products and related regulatory environment
  • Use of CRM tools (Veeva is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Result-oriented, performance-driven, and aiming to exceed objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with other functions (marketing, medical affairs)
