Job :

The RPA Developer designs, develops, and maintains business process automation solutions using UiPath and Python scripts, in order to optimize operational performance, reduce manual tasks, and secure processes.

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Design:

• Analyze existing business processes
• Identify automation opportunities
• Write functional and technical specifications
• Participate in workshops with business teams

RPA Development:

• Design and develop robots with UiPath
• Create robust and optimized workflows
• Develop Python scripts for: Data processing, Web scraping, APIs & integrations, File manipulation (Excel, CSV, PDF...)

Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit and integration tests
• Ensure user acceptance
• Deploy robots via Orchestrator
• Supervise production deployment

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical support
• Fix bugs
• Optimize robot performance
• Document developed solutions

Required profile :

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (3 years) to Master's degree (5 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in RPA development
• Significant experience with UiPath
• Good command of Python

Technical Skills:

RPA:

• UiPath Studio
• UiPath Orchestrator
• REFramework
• Exception handling
• Attended & Unattended bots

Development:

• Python (pandas, requests, selenium...)
• REST API
• SQL
• Excel manipulation (OpenPyXL, xlrd...)

Tools & Methods:

• Git
• Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
• DevOps Notions (CI/CD is a plus)
